Reiki

Reiki means “Universal Life Force”. A session begins with the fully clothed client on a massage table, and consists of a series of a series of hand positions on the body, both front and back. It is a form of energy healing. The energy channeled by the practitioner is absorbed into the cellular structure of the individual to encourage whatever healing is needed, be it physical, emotional or spiritual.

Reiki is one of the most relaxing and nurturing experiences. When the body is in a deep tranquil state, this is the time that is most conducive to healing. Reiki will never cause harm. It will not interfere with medical conditions or medications.

I offer Sound Therapy using a variety of different tools. Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls/Bells, tuned to 432 Hz. which is the frequency of the Earth. These sound waves produce deep calm and comforting effects that synchronize our cellular structure. Every session creates vibrational therapy using sound through Resonance.*
